Not all modern PCs have Bluetooth. This depends on the PC’s brand, since some have in-built Bluetooth while others don’t. You can also buy Bluetooth adapters in case your PC does not have built-in Bluetooth. You can check whether your PC has Bluetooth or not by right-clicking on the start icon and selecting the device manager.

look under your battery for the wifi chip model. It should say "equipped with Atheros AMBxxx" or somthing like that printed in the battery well. Look up part number and find out if it actually has BT on the wifi chip. My G7-2293 did not come equipped with BT on its wifi card.
